About The Southern Archery Circuit

The Southern Archery Circuit (S.A.C.), is a collection of clubs dedicated to the sport of archery in hunting and competitive form. The purpose of the S.A.C. is to promote archery,  provide a safe, fun, and competitive shooting environment for kids (& adults) of all ages (0-100) and skill levels. All clubs in the S.A.C. use Rules & Regulations from club to club. Each club works hard to ensure the future of archery by providing & maintaining a place for their membership and the shooting public to gather to shoot.

As of 2007, the S.A.C. consists of 6 clubs located in North & South Carolina
working together to provide a 14-19 date shooting schedule:

Big Oak Archery Club            BlackJack Hunt Club
Gold Hill, NC                           Morven, NC

Fort Mill Bowhunters          Indian Trail Archery Club
Fort Mill, SC                          Indian Trail, NC

Lakeview Archery Club       Mecklenburg Wildlife Club

The S.A.C. is organized & sponsored by Jim Skipper, owner/operator of Skip's Archery in Indian Trail, NC. "Skip" works hard to address any & all concerns the member clubs have. He organizes the annual S.A.C. meeting to arrange shoot dates, and presides over the meeting so all concerns are addressed & voted on if necessary. Skip's Archery is located at 7608 Circle Dr,, Indian Trail, NC 28079. His phone # is 704-882-1844. Any club wishing to join the S.A.C. needs to contact Skip for more info.
